Blessings... bLessings.... bLEesingSsss....
Phew folks! I've been lost for 2 weeks!! hahhahaha ... how lame , today is 12 March 2005 , marked the end of my NTTP . How fast 4 weeks has past!!! 4 very productive and interesting weeks!!!! Hahahha ... i've been very lazy to blog because time doesn't permits me too . Here I am to count my blessings and thank God for every single thing i have in life now . I felt like i'm leaving in a dreamland. ... seriously .. After reading Sarah's blog where she posted about "Count Your BLessings" , i realised gosh ... life is beautiful and when you've nothing to do , count your blessings folks . Count it and you'll see a rainbow!!
Well where should i start .... first of all , i'm glad that a beautiful day had been granted to me by God on 10 March 2005 . This was a very exciting day indeed . With the release of SPM results , and my NTTP evaluation day , my adrenaline has never stop pumping since 10 am till 3 pm . I thank GOD and praise Him for what He gifted to me . As i was waiting anxiously for my turn to be evaluated (i was the last person-assigned to give a JMC orientation , where i have to basically teach only 1 subject and TALK for the rest of the class) , at around 12+pm my phone rang and it was Janet .... gosh i knew what happened . "NOOOOO!!!!" My heart screamed .... "Pleaseeee.. not now janet , i haven't done my evaluation .... i can't be able to resist and take it if you tell me my spm results now!!" . Anyway , my phone never stop ringing since then until i couldn't take it , i took my phone out and left it on the electone chair while going out to do my evaluation . Can't imagine how my right pocket would be vibrating all the time .... Finished evaluation , did it quite calmly knowing i had to focus on something else as well ... i did the best i could , gave my best shot and there it is . Submitting to God about the rest .
On the way out to lunch , called Janet and woo hooo ... SPM suddenly sounds great to me .Hahahha i never expected it to be better than my trials results though , 9 As and a B3!!! Well to be precise , 7 A1's , 2 A2's , and a B3 . B for what ?? EST!!! Most obsured subject to score a B for~!!! Anyway , not appealing to the jabatan people and nope , i'm satisfied and more than glad though i've overlooked upon EST . Praise God in the highest praise and thank God for His blessings trully ... Also an A1 for Cambridge O-levels 1119 !!! Really blessed coz i never expected A1 for that , coz i felt that was one of the worst essays i've written in CBN history as a student there . Oh the funny thing is , i know i wouldn't make it to take my results in school so i have been telling my dad for the past 1 week not to go to school and take it for me ; reason being i don't want to be emotionally disturbed just in case i didn't do well for my NTTP evaluation . Anyway , mum found out he took it but much later than the announcement of results .
Joke of the century : My dad went to the school office to see my results and after having a nice look at it he said "cik , saya hanya nak tengok saja tak nak ambik balik" , and guess what the clerk replied "apa?? Encik ambik balik la! Sudah datang kenapa tak nak ambik balik ?? Encik kan bapa dia??" Just one word for my dad , L.A.M.E .
Anyway after lunch , and after so much of sms-ing and calling done .... we all went back to Kelana Jaya Yamaha and waited for our results from the evaluation in the morning . Loretta came in and handed us our result slips with the comments and all to look at it . Didn't know there were marks for that! As usual , we worried for the worst outcome during our practice sessions on wednesday because err hmm err hmm (you know who but i can't mention who) will be very strict with us during the evaluation . Though he didn't become mock students and just sat there to watch and write , it was enough for us . So one by one we asked each other for our marks and i was really surprised to know i got the highest marks amongst the rest!!! Really Praise GOD! Actually i find it strange coz i thought Eng Hui (my course mate) was much better than me ... According to Loretta they assess us based on day 1 we stepped into the studio not just during our evaluation , but it was really surprising for me still . Anyway , the marks is not important but being the youngest there i really could feel God is working through me...
YA-DAA!!!
It was a day filled with joy and filled with mixed feelings coz sadly one of my course mate didn't pass the evaluation so she has to come back on Monday to be re-evaluated ... A second chance was given to her , but she was emotionally drained off and tears were flowing out non stop from her . We felt really bad coz how nice it would be if all 9 of us would pass and graduate from this program on that Thursday.... But i pray that God's wisdom will be wit her and He'll bring her through it on monday ...
So went through a short briefing with Loretta and another co-ordinator who will bring me to my new Yamaha center to teach after the term holiday . Just a week from now , i'd have to follow her to have a look at LS Music , go through another interview wit my lady boss , 2 other staff and i hate to admit the fact taht i have to dress proffesionally and probably make-up as well!! But that'll be probably the later stage la ... dress professionaly no choice loh ... first impression .. According to Loretta , she expects a teacher who teaches well , handle all students well , if she gives me 100 students no drop-outs and remain 100 students , speak good english , communicate well , matured in thinking , and if i can fulfill all these she'll treat me terribly well . PHEW , sounds emm ... ahahhah i dunno ... let's see..
Anyway , my teaching practices went quite smoothly though we find it generally difficult to interrupt a teacher's class and just teach as if we're some aliens to the kids . They tend to look at you like some monster from MARS! Out of 5 classes i thought , i screwed up 1 class but the teacher still gave me a B . How nice of you Cristo!! =) Aaahhh there's so much for me to write but i really want to just dedicate this last paragraph to my NTTP friends .
Since this is the end of our 1 month course and end of our daily meetings , to Carine , Thanks sooo much for fetching me to KJ every single morning and sometimes after seminars!! Thanks for sharing so much of your teaching experiences with me , even being a nice friend to me , taking care of me , baby-sitting me (hahahah) , and also sharing so much of gossip from Sonata to me! hahaha though it's interesting to know but i've sinned too much listening to too many things about Sonata! And last but not least , CONGRATS coz in 6 months time we'll see you wearing your first maternity clothes! hahahah ... =)
To Jolene , you have been a very sweet and nice friend . Though we're both one of the youngest there , and even you're just older than me 1 year , i really felt you are sometimes younger than me! hahahah and i think not only "err hmm (you know who)" will melt when you speak , but others especially guys will melt when you speak! hahahah constantly trust in God and when you start teaching in JB , God bless you and looking forward to see you in 6 months time!
To Chee Kin , thanks for being a nice person to talk to sometimes when others don't really understand about Christianity or life's challenges , but being a 29 year old gentleman , you really don't look like one! hahahha i hope in 6 months time you will probably blossom in your relationship with ur gf and be the best teacher in Bentong , Pahang! hahahah God bless ! =)
To Torng Jia , gosh you really am such a tall YOUNG lady ! hahahah don't start looking around for boyfriends and please do tell us in 6 months time if Darren is that bad ... hahahaha . Anyway , you've been really nice and i think you're so "cin cai" that probably others will find it easy to bully you ... hahhaha do take care back there in JB , and i really do admire your hearing ability sometimes . God bless you and hope to see you attached to someone in 6 months time!
To Eng Hui , hahaha you and Torng Jia are like 2 stooges who can't be seperated . Emm thanks for being a nice person and though initially i didn't really had a good impression of you , but God really showed me that i can't judge a book by it's cover . So i really do think you're sincere in heart and don't worry so much about teaching in Klang !! You'll get your share of students and i hope to see you come to church one day . I really have this burden to bring you to church but i still have another chance when you lend me your books i'll invite you this time! DO COME! be revived and God bless !!
To Sheau Ying , thanks so much for fetching me here and there and also you're such a pleasant partner that i can have . Though we have such big age gap , but i never thought you'd be 27!! Anyway , don't be discouraged by what happened and i hope to see you in 6 months time being a confident teacher !!! You can do it and God bless !
To Leice , you've been also a nice course mate and though you tend to look very serious and tension at times , i do admire your quietness and boy especially the way you performed on your evaluation day!! hahahah you must've drank Tongkat Ali and i hope to see you in 6 months later being a brighter and better teacher!! Hope B.U will have open more classes for u then!
Emm last but not least to Steven , hahaha though you are really one of a kind and most of all i just want to apologize for all we've said about you . You do have a strange personality and i really am not the person to judge you but i do hope you will next time tell us honestly who you know and who you don't know . Hahhaaha anyway have a nice time teaching JMC !
To all of you , you've been really a great bunch of friends for this 1 month and i do look forward to see you all again in 6 months time! Will miss you all loads !!! See you! =) Adios
