Had an interesting Wednesday and Thursday though ... after the Terrible Tues ... after all the regret and guilt i had for not going to work and making my 7 kids look forward to their first JMC concert and knowing they can't go 2 hours before class .. =( SORRY kids!

Tues was also Ka ka's birthday ... unfortunately we only manage to celebrate for her on Wednesday .. bought her a chocolate cake , and we all took a number of pics and sang her a song before eating the cake after the supposedly "GOOD" lunch time concert ... it was fun , being able to laugh freaking loud without anyone bothering you and take pics like we're mad or something.... share some jokes and enjoy a good time as classmates . I'll miss you all .. =)

Today seemed a little funny though .... went to school at 10 30am hoping to practice STagea before our 2plus3 Summertime practice at 1130am .... end up recording my tracks but couldn't practice what i intended due to my carelessness... so yeah practiced another new song instead. At 11 45am we the girls started our Summertime practice and not long after the boys came and we just continue jamming ..

It was good Teck was able to join as well though he said he couldn't come today ... we got into serious business today and SUDDENLY we got all our solo parts done ! Hahahaha .. just in a few hours .. but of course they all need detailed polishing but the structure is there already ...

Then came the percussion solo where we laughed till our pants dropped ... with Siang's funny character ... the momentum just got on and on that we all were having so much fun practising ideas came pouring after one another ... everything we tried just worked ... suddenly it was 1 35pm and it was time for our next class ... then someone suggested this slain idea of skipping Lect and Sem .. and SO WE DID .. because it was so hard for us to get this momentum going and now that we've got it we don't want to lose it .

Siang suggest that we move to the hall so that Lenn See couldn't see us (our lecturer) ... we sneaked into the hall and went on practising although feeling guilty .(OK MAYBE IT"S JUST ME!) ... i recorded our playing from beginning twice just to let ourselves hear as a refference ... although it was too loud at least something was done . Things were productive today and we have completed our arrangement finally !! We had so much fun and everyone was s atisfied finally ... After the past frustrating few Mondays' we had ...

So things were turning out suddenly and i hope it'll be better in the next coming weeks before the competition ... Ok gotta confess that it's bad to skip class for practice! But certain things need to be compromised and what's done cannot be undone .. =)

Came home and went to Central MArket to watch this modern contemporary art performance by a group of people (Nyoba Kan) called the Secret of the Forbidden Palace or something ... NCG composed the music and that's why we got cheaper fare ... it was something different , and besides the disturbing artistic sexual movements , i think everything else was awesome . It was purely artistic and Malaysia is definitely moving forward in terms of producing good quality art ... music was not bad too NCG ! (he was our senior now my lecturer) . You won't be able to understand fully of the whole production but i enjoy it because it's complicated , abstract , artistic and makes you think ... along the way .. =) thumbs up
