Things Don't Always Go YouR WaY

Today was a pretty interesting day ... i came to a conclusion after today's church service. I definitely miss going to church and miss God a lot!

And it's not by coincident or chance but God's message today spoke right through my heart. Pastor preached about how things in life don't always favour us. And it's so true... Lately too many things happened that i've drawn myself away from God (yup bex ,i re- quote myself) that i think He wants to knock some senses into my head again. Today in church , He went ,

"Hello .. it's long enough that you've wandered ...time to come back to me my child"

During worship today , it was usual .. where everyone were suppose to find a partner to pray for each other. . but suddenly Pas Anne who was worship leading came down to me and immediately took my hand and said ,

"Come let me pray for you Lily"

Then i thought ok pray for Teck and Poh Yee also .. (they were standing beside me) But no.. she prayed only for me .. which was what God wants to tell me i think ..

It felt good after that .. it's like HEY GOD IS REAL ok ... don't you dare abandon Him ... I do'nt know why , but i felt the church sensed that He wants me to come back to serve.. but jus don't know when ... YET

Then of course during the sermon , Pastor preached about what i really come across lately... And it's really true that we shouldn't be so stuck in our own world and commanding God on how to go about doing things in our way. We should be more CHILL and faithful in that sense.

I came home after a good almost 2 hours lunch with the youth .. and the boys ... to really find some interesting news .. hahahaha .. then flew home with my car .. reached home and started my work .... then came over to Hem house in the evening .. watched the France F1 GP ... with Felipe Massa on pole , i was rooting him to win the GP .. but TOO BAD Kimi won instead. I couldn't believe it when i actually cheered for Kimi to overtake the prodigy Lewis Hamilton for 2nd place in the opening lap . And so he did .. and i was really happy Ferrari was in a 1-2 position with Felipe leading ..

UNTIL the 2nd pit stop .. Felipe came in to pits first and while he was trapped outside the track with loads of traffic Kimi did his important flying laps and went in to pits and came out first ... It was it. Race decided , though it was a Ferrari 1-2 but i didn't want Kimi to win. Things don't always happen in our way huh? Felipe who was leading most of the time admitted himself that he lost the race during the traffic ... but he said

"It was just a shame"

So yeap . God said it all today. I am passionate , i have a strong desire .. and please continue to use me to bring more glory into Your kingdom. And also , things don't happen in our way and when it doesn't , be more open minded to know that God is in control and He can turn mistakes into miracles and GOD IS A DIVERSE GOD! He don't always work in the same loyal stagnant boring way! AMEN!!!
