BAPTIZED !

Yooo hooo!! After almost like 7-8 years of being a christian (since 2001 i think..) ... i mean after getting saved when i was in Form 2 , i am finally OFFICIALLY and have DECLARED MY FAITH to THE WORLD today! I got baptized , in the name of The Father , the Son and The Holy Spirit ! YAY!

The best thing is .. god's timing is really amazingly awesome. When i wanted to be baptized last time long ago ... during my youth years with the other friends of mine , my parents told me NO .. and mom said that only when i'm 21 years old i can decide for myself. And so as years pass by , and knowing my faith in the Lord grew stronger each new day .. i start to forget the fact that i've not been baptized. UNTIL recently last year my gal Poh Yee joined me in Vineyard Church and she herself got saved and accepted the Lord Jesus into her life.

Then , i wasn't really aware that she had actually arranged for a baptism with Ps Ronnie .. until i found out then i remembered i hadn't been baptized either ! So we both decided to get baptized together .. and that's what made it Double Wham special! hahehhaha

Today has been a very tiring and busy day ... with so many things going on , and us trying to squeeze our 24 hours into making time out for every event. 2nd March was our Baptism , it was Mun Wei's Roland Piano Fest finals ... and it was also our usual Sun Sabbath day churhc service day... not to mention my whole afternoon was spent in C.H's house for class.

So we were in church until 1 pm then i left for C.H's house , and i had soooo much fun laughing non stop , chatting and crapping and getting some stuffs done (err not really though .. but at least he corrected some of my lousy parts and asked me to go home change some ad lib solo melody ending) ... then by the time we were done (not that we're done , but his next student came and he was so kelam kabut that he took my car keys to want to open his house door wrongly..) so i had to leave.

By the time i left and reached home after a short jam in Jln Tun Razak , it was already 3 45pm.. and i was busy packing my clthes , until Poh Yee reached ! I got panicked .. and yeah knowing i can't do last minute things , i packed EVERYTHING except my bra! NONSENSE!

So we drove to KLPAC to pick angela and sheau fang up .. (thanks girls for making the effort to come witness us!) ... and by the time we picked them up and venture ourselves to OUG we were in Richard Lu's house sharp 4 30pm . As promised ... and then we went through some briefeings , and after a short while ps Ronnie and Anne started the baptism .... so it was pretty special eh. Getting soaked into the swimming pool ... praying there... and answering 2 very simple yet important questions in our life ....declaring and proclaiming our FAITH to the whole world. IS VERY SPECIAL INDEED.

So to cut long story short ... we were baptized , and i've got them up in my camera... video-ed up.. and i wanna thank those who took the effort to come witness ... the church members, pastors.. Angela and sheau fang ... Mun Wei (i know you so wanted to come.. but it's ok!) , my sister , Jr and Eric ko-ko ... Jm .. sher lynn , sandra .... kay renn .. thank u!

We left the place around 5 45pm .. after receiving a phone call from Wei .. over in KLPAC.. things are not going so well there.. so we rushed back to my house , i changed my BRA AND SHIRT because it was soaking wet and angela was laughing at the 2 wet patches at my shirt ... so after the change , we left for sentul and headed for dinner. We reached klpac , saw mun wei .. gave her a nice big hug .. comforted her a little..and waited inside the hall for the Gala Presentation Award night ceremony .. where winners will be awarded and perform.

We watched the winners' performances ... and honestly , the classical category .. i have no comment... since i am not qualified to say anything about classical knowing i have so little appreciation for classical music. The only thing is i can't help but laugh and giggle when PoH Yee told me about how she felt one of the couple duet were playing their pieces and looked like being possesed. HAHHAHAHAHAH! it was so lame... then the jazz category winners performed their pieces .. and aww , the runner up winner went to this young kids trio who played J Boyle's composition .. the piece is very alah Boyle family's piece... but the playing ... err ... lack of the jazz feel.

The other winners for the jazz category ... sigh i shall not comment. But one thing's for sure.. after watching the winnners , i really have this very strong urge to participate next year... in this Roland Piano Fest 2009 or so ... serious .... i don't know , but i know for sure if i ask , Grace will be more than delighted to join me for a duet ! heehhehe ...

ANyway the night ended around 10+ pm .. and we the girls , drove to mont kiara and ahve starbucks for supper .. chatted and hung out till 12+am ... and had a great night. ANynight out with these girls are cool ... we laughed non stop ... as usual lame jokes ... ahhahaha ... for the first time , i learnt that you can actually turn longer into a round-a-bout .. HAHAAHHAH! Great one sheau fang ..

Conclusion , i'm more than excited now that i've got baptized. It's COOL TO BE REBORN again! coincidently , on the same month as my birthday. heheheh .. nite!
