I'm all SMILES ! =)

God is GOOD , and His mercy endures forever . I delight in the joy of the Lord for giving me such passion to do music and being gifted with such great blessings around my little journey of musical life.

I'm all smiles !! Today is a great day ... because i had a great class. It was good to resume class and resume in such a manner. My audition pieces are ALMOST done and all i need now is to record them. As usual i prepared ... although i was down with chicken pox past 2 weeks and couldn't really practice plus the earlier break i took from t he piano for EF.... but once i got back home and had more time i worked on them and tried to refine those pieces.

Alright i admit i was feeling all too kiddy and blushing when the compliments came .... then it caught my by surprise as well after Black Nile i received some great comments as well. Though i wasn't personally satisfied with my swing feel but i'm still learning to get rid of the wrong bouncy feeling i used to have and relax more . I still need time to get that kind of maturity .... TIME!

Then it was Very Early , my solo piano piece .... i TRIED my best to relax but end up feel ing more nervous as the piece progress and could literally feel my hands shaking on the piano ... gosh...thus it created a tensed sound... and after i fi nished ... HEEHHEHEHE .. blushed again. hahahaha .... at one point he left the room to get something from outside , i actually put up a CHILDISH smile to myself at the piano! Never felt so NOOB before ...

It really really feels good .... ahahahha .... suddenly i feel like a little kiddo being given a golden lollipop which lasts you for 10 months or so that doesn't melt in your mouth. Anyway i'm glad i could push myself to see what i can come out with and it's amazing when i get these things. That's the great thing about jazz ... freedom of creativity. All glory to God anyway , it's amazing how music is such a joy and i must thank HIM for blessing me with this ... though i forced my way through to do this but i'm glad i'm enjoying every moment to be able to do music. =)
