HOLIDAY!

Yo people ... first and foremost i want to thank God for a couple of things ..

1) The BEATLES BEATLES BEATLES concert went very well on Saturday and i definitely enjoyed myself like crazy !

2) I went through 3 hectic tiring , fun , yet interesting New JMC syllabus seminar and

3) My HOLIDAYS starts RIGHT NOW!

hhahahahah..

Really had a lot of fun on saturday .. but it was very very tiring ... thank you girl for going to support me in the concert . Though everything else went well , I have to admit i am a lousy emcee... with 2 major mistakes i have to admit i never know speaking in public with a script without rehearsing could cost you dearly . OK it wasn't big deal .. but it was bad enough to introduce the wrong person and not stop talking while i'm suppose to stop introducing people . ARRGHH! SORRY PEOPLE!

Then i guess for the first time i myself am impressed with my drum playing because no one taught me and if you asked me 5 months ago to play what i do now it would impossible . I wanna give a shout out to Unc Charles who once again gave me the opportunity to sit on the drums and expand my skills on it ! YOU ROCK ! And oh ya .. i also experienced exhaustion on the drums for the first time that night when i played almost every songs on the concert ... except the solo performances and 1 song from YYO .

I almost died playing Day Tripper with my instrumental ens group gang ... you guys rock ! My right hand was hitting the hi-hat so fast that i almost gave up playing coz my muscles were aching so much halfway through the song... but i kept telling myself "NO! U MUST FINISH IT!"
Hahahhaha it was all worth it ...

I wanna also thank God the solo performances went well ... i did not break down playing Blackbird on the piano though i never practiced it much .. and the duet with Joyce was fine . THanks James and thank you C.H for helping here and there ...

Ya and so that was the concert .... Now it's the end of another brilliant semester .. a semester that zoomed passed fast and furiously ... with so many things going on , i hardly dread any time of it . Although not everything was good , but at least i enjoyed it . I just hope to see the exam results not to be an ugly one will do .

Aww... my all-time favourite piece .. AYURA! hahahhaha listening to it now .It gives you an ooomph whenever you will low or running out of energy or motivation to do work . Playing that for the Yamaha Scholarhip audition next month , together with my feared piece Windscape ... yet i like it and yet i love to play it . Hahahahha

Well ok ... enough of bragging . Just wanna say a big thank you all who made my 2nd semester in Academy interesting and enjoyable . My mum said she felt the concert was my concert coz i appeared everywhere! (from being the emcee to playing the drums everysong to playing the piano solo to duet-ting with Joyce on the electone) ! Ahahahaha... so ya ...

Then i also wanna say well .. it's holidays now and i've got things to catch up on in between my break time ... coz i dont' want to just spend 2 months doing nothing and being complacent . I've made it my target to do 1 arrangement on each semester's break and this time will work on getting my Impro momentum back for electone . (GD 4 ,HERE I COME!)

See ... i'm always on the move .. thinking on how i can work and fill up my time . That's my problem .. help ! I neeed to relax ! hhhhaahah ...
