29th 29th 29th!!!

HELLO!!! Ok i know i've been away for quite some time now... you know what , it's a SATURDAY and it's actually 12 41pm ... and i'm at home BLOGGING ! Hahhahah usually i'm busy vommiting blood now at work , teaching this electone student and teaching and teaching until 6pm and by then i'd be drained off totally. Well , today is the eve of the premier of Cypher (latest version with improved sounds and better mixing) .... and that's why i've taken a day off to rest at home before going to KLCC later for the soundcheck.

Tomorrow is D DAY! and i'm honestly very excited .. hehehe... i dont know for what ,but i guess i've done what i needed to do and i just need to submit the rest into the MIGHTY Hands of God. Although i'm still pretty scared and nervous about performing in front of 500 people tomorrow , but all i know is i just need to enjoy myself on stage and i'll constantly carry this verse with me,

"NOT BY MY MIGHT NOT BY MY STRENGTH ,BUT BY THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD"

Five weeks has passed since the Semi finals of the Regional Audition , and boy time really flies! PReparing for half a year , just for tomorrow. Imagine... it's my only once in a lifetime experience, and therefore i've been keeping myself busy doing many crazy things i've never done before this. It's really not easy preparing for a competition , knowing i need to be consistent all the time. And most importantly , i need to practice like HELL (quoted from Richard) to make sure i'm safe on stage. Yesterday night after work i went to C.H's house for my last few practices and i'm so grateful he's been also doing his part at home to help me. Although we did not change anything of the composition , but we were just busy perfecting the sounds and mixing the whole song so that it sounds really good.

HOnestly i've learnt a WHOLE DEAL lot about the stagea , programming , writing , and even about registrations and listening to sounds. He has a lot for me to pick up and i guess this is the best opportunity to learn when it comes to mastering the electone. Oh and of course besides that, i had to make sure i look presentable on stage with a cool outfit that suits my song. I went shopping with sis one day in Ikano Padini Concept Store and suddenly digged out this short beige colour tube with a zipper in front and i thought it was cool . (I"m addicted to tubes i thinK!)

Sis suggested i could probably get that for EF and so after trying and hey with a 70% discount, why not?! So after that the rest was just trying to look for a suitable pants , accessories and etc to match the tube. I know this is a little sexy , but it's also my first time and i know this is my only FIRST TIME i could do this. I did ask C.H if i was allowed to wear like that he said they allow you to wear anything but not to revealing please. So i think i'm quite safe in a sense. Hahahha...

I went shopping with Wei on Wed and thankfully by God's grace was able to find everything i needed. ALthough i spent like crazy but it's my only once in a lifetime experience. Hehheh.. so yeah i guess it's worth it. The MUSEMOB girls went to Sg Wang on the same day as well , and did some major shopping spree and eventually found something for everyone. We will definitely look like uniformed girls on stage. Imagine the same piece of cloth with 6 different STRIKING colours ... NO COMMENT. I took the blue one and came home having a little trouble trying to match with a nice top inside but thankfully for sisters! Sis has a white tube (i know, tube again) and after trying that on just now , it's a green light.

MUSEMOB was busy practising as well for the past week... and we''ve made some changes to our song... we changed the intro (hehehe it's gonna be cool) , and gave up the guitar to compromise for the conga instead. I saw our last year's EF pictures on Ting's facebook , and i told her after tomorrow 2plus3 is going to only remain as history in our books. Ahhh nice memories... I mean for both of us personally. Well whatever it is, it is also our last time , since Ting's gonna fly off to UK in sept and i'm gonna move on from here after this. (have other plans)
So we might as well enjoy ourselves to the max and do our best. Anyway , i'm going to have to buy lunch now and eat as much as i can before the soundcheck otherwise i'd starve. And i cannot afford to screw anything up especially knowing how bad my gastric can become if i don't take care of it. And oh , we're going to have a video shoot later so that the audience can watch our messages to them before each of us come out to play. Hehehehhe i just finished brainstorming for my cypher yesterday night while driving home from C.H's house and i ended up talking to myself in the car from Maluri - Jalan Kuching. Hahahahhaha.. and before i know it,i''m home!

For MUSEMOB , i came out wiht some lines for Myin , but i don't know if everyone else is ok with it. So today we shall see. Alright , let's just wait for the arrival of 29th June 2008!
